A massive cataclysm has struck the universe, and destroyed most everything in its wake. The survivors are now trying to pick up the pieces, and figure out exactly what has befallen them. Gather together, lightsiders!! The darkness has shattered the peace and calm of the galaxy...and they will do anything to stop anyone from finding out exactly what has been done! This is our first sitewide RP plotline. Lightsiders, you are looking for the source of this massive event. Clues must be found, lackeys tracked down, and bits of memory discovered. Darksiders, you guys don't want that to happen....because of the one behind the whole thing is furthering his ultimate goal. Mandalorians, and non-force users, you guys can decide where you stand on this line....do you side with the Jedi, and try to discover the reasons behind the ruined universe, or will you side with the darkness, and protect those secrets. Will the secret of the cataclysmic reaping be kept under wraps? Or will the Jedi and their allies find out the truth? Your RP and writing will decide the outcome!
BATTLE ARENA
Welcome to The Saga Continues. We have a section called the Battle Arena. Here you can use your characters to fight other characters. Hone your skills and see what you are made of. Don't worry, anything that happens here, does not effect your characters in posts, so if your character dies, you can still use them over and over. Have fun and check it out!

The Lake Country was the most isolated area of the planet Naboo. Its population consisted of farmers, shaak herders, and glass craftworkers. A popular vacation spot, visitors traveled to see its waterfalls and open grasslands filled with wildflowers.
Out of nowhere, a massive puff of pungent, acridly sweet smoke filled the area nearest the food table, and from this cloud, an aging man with his hair in a long, gray, braided ponytail stepped. He was wearing a ragged pair of jeans, a wide headband, and a tshirt that looked like it needed washed a few months ago. From the corner of his mouth hung a half-burned hand-rolled smoke...but it was definitely a...special blend of 'herbs'. Yeah, we will just leave it at that. This was none other than Chronicler Willie, a silent observer of the universe, to watch this spectacle unfold. Of special interest to him was a fighter that had been called a few different names....but among them the 'Gremlin with Grenades and mange' and 'Rabid red Raccoon with Rabies and the force' were among his favorites. He did, after all, love a good toke...
Erm...joke.
First things first though. Removing the smoke from his lips, he offered it to the ethereal being who commented on the accommodations.
"They put out some great grub too, I see. Anyone really doing well? I got caught up in the traffic coming down the Kessel Run. Twelve parsecs my wrinkled ass."
On the various walls of the lounge, there were massive holoscreens....all of them showing fights in various levels of combat. There were Mandalorians galore, several force users, including one called Addison Arcturus, fighting none other than the one Willie had come to see...and kinda root for. However, the woman was giving the little sorta-sentient lizard a run for its fuzzy credits. There was a massive zabrak fighting one of the afore-mentioned Mandalorians. Again, surprisingly enough, the buckethead was giving a helluva fight...along with about every other one in the tournament. Then there was the one calling herself Jolene....
She was a pretty one....and the Chronicler kind of wished he wasn't an eternally-living deity, because he would most definitely have to ask her out. Alas, he was countless millennia in age, probably way above her limit. She and her opponent had a pretty good staredown before finally snapping into action.
There were so many matches right now, though....and he was very...very....VERY....
....Hungry.
He made a beeline for the food table after staring for what seemed to be an eternity at the screens. He filled his plate, grabbed two cans of soda, plopping down on the couch to watch the matches, and enjoy the festivities like only he knew how.
Wow guys, first tourney duel completed, and it went the distance! Excellent read, every bit what I expect from two top-tier fighters. Now, before we begin, you both know the drill....we have to go through things. By the by, Ishmael and I have come to this decision together, so we are united in our front. That being said, let's get to the judgment!
Andor-Your moves up until the end were pretty darn good. The only issues we saw were with how you took the final burst. You took damage/burns/etc, but without a face shield of some kind, you probably would have taken a bit more damage. Also, you had in your possession a thermal detonator, and in an explosion like that, the TD has a pretty darn good chance of going off due to the heat of the explosion. At the very least, the explosion would have broken line of sight on the crush, therefore changing the total outcome of the fight. Its a tough call to make there sometimes, but ultimately, the line of sight is the most important thing to keep. Without that, any direct grab/crush is broken.
Ardasz-While I can appreciate the short, direct nature of your posts, sometimes that can be detrimental. There were a couple times where I had to re-read the post several times to get what you were aiming at, especially when you threw the power pack from your weapon at Andor's saber. Granted, both combatants were understanding of the maneuver, but in the long run, its always better to make sure you clearly state who or what you are shooting at.
You BOTH fought a fantastic fight. Its been a good while since Ive seen a double KO in an arena duel like this, and even longer for two seasoned duelists to take it this far this quickly. You both put up an excellent effort. That being said, there has to be a winner. By unanimous decison, our fight winner is.......
ARDASZ VERD!
This was not an easy decision....believe me. It took a bit of discussion, not to mention a lot of thought on the matter, to decide this, it was that close. It was based in no small part on the line of sight issue mentioned earlier, and when you have to go that deep in a duel to find a winner? Its tight. Alas, in a tournament, there must be a winner. If you have any questions, comments, or input, please message myself or Ishmael on the Discord server. Good luck to both of you in the future, and I hope to see you both in the later rounds!!
We are excited to announce the first TSC Battle Arena Tournament! This competitive event will begin on May 1st, 2019. We will be starting signups for those who wish to participate in a dueling tournament from today through April 25th. If you wish to fight, even if you've never had a one on one duel before, please, by all means, enter! You cant learn if you don't try! That being said, participants need to provide a few things.
-We need a character sheet from you. If the character is just for the Battle Arena, you don't need a massive backstory, but weapons, appearance, race, etc must be listed. Arena judges have final say as to what is allowed, and what isnt.
-Signups will be done via discord in a channel provided for them. There will also be other tournament specific channels made available as well.
-Again, we encourage anyone who has not participated in a tournament or arena setting to do so. The actions here do not affect the in-character universe, so even if you die a horrible death...or cause one...it has no bearing on your universe timeline.
-There is work being done on what we will have as a prize for the winner. We haven't quite put our finger on what it will be, but it will be something fun at the very least.
-This will feature double elimination in the first two rounds of the tournament, to provide the best chance for everyone to get to the finish. If you lose in either of the first two rounds, you have another shot at it in the secondary bracket. Winner of that secondary bracket will face the winner of the primary.
-Rules are subject to alteration and changes up to the start date of the tournament, due to this being our first foray into tournament fighting. We will try to make it as fair, and as fun as possible.
As always, if there are any questions, please, message either Andor or Alkor/Ardasz. Thank you, have fun, GOOD LUCK!!
We have begun the time jump RP. Timeframe, stops, battles, etc are still up in the air, so this update will be short. Please, if there are any suggestions, or questions, refer to our Discord chat. Thank you for participating, and I will see you on the boards!
We have begun our new site plotline, where Darth Andor and his acolytes have sent the survivors of the Battle of Honoghr on a jaunt through space and time, starting with the Battle of Geonosis. Will the war-torn refugees make it back to their universe? Or will they be lost in the past forever?
Only the Force knows! Good luck to all participants!!
Plot update-The Battle of Honoghr is complete, for all intents and purposes. Nystao, and the RDMC are shattered, along with most of the surrounding areas. Minor wrap-ups are needed, but we are about to embark on the next leg of our galactic journey. Some of us will be going on a little time travel adventure, while still others are building up here in the present.
Darksiders, if you are looking for a place to go, talk to Darth Andor/Chronicler Cato, or Chronicler Ron. Good guys, if you are looking for something to do in the plot, message Loki....he can help figure things out for you. Myself, I am on limited internet, and the time I have online is limited as well. As always, if you have any questions, comments, etc, visit our Discord chat. There is usually someone there that can handle them within a short time.
Thank you all for your participation, and keep up the good work!!
Jedi Knight Rai has arrived on Honoghr, and the battle has begun! The key to the antivirus is now in the hands of the RDMC research team, but the attack from the Order of Ruin threatens to stop them before it can be completed.
Initially, it appears the fight is beginning at the RDMC, and in orbit. Darth Andor has brought the first wave in, and launched a barrage from his ship's ion cannons, rendering the main power system offline in most areas. Only a few small spots still have power from the backup generators. He has also launched transports headed for the surface.
Quite a few were on hand for Lapay no Ryu's declaration of war from the Order of Ruin. It was a spectacle that will be tough to beat.
This will be the final major action of the first site plot. Currently, we are tossing around ideas for our next one....send a message in chat to Chronicler Ron or myself if you have any suggestions.
To all participants, good luck, have fun, BE RESPECTFUL, and May the Force Be With Us All!!
