As the dropships descended from the heavens above, the swarm of aircraft looking all the world like a swarm of locusts, blocked out the sun, as hundreds of black specks flew across the sky, raining death upon the posessed corpses of the fallen, and taking care not to hurt the people below. As the citizens of Kuat cheered, heavy repeating laser fire, composite beam lasers, and laser cannons tore through swarms of zombies, while the power armored shock troopers, armed to the teeth, cut swathes through the hordes with their heavy weapons. Artillery troopers provided bombardments, destroying attackers from beyond, while shock troopers worked to clear the streets.
Autumn himself had donned his bronze-colored suit of tesla power armor and was leading the attack personally. Armed with a plasmacaster, rotary cannon, and vibro axe, he was a champion for those citizens who had lived in fear for so long. Staring intently through the red HUD of his armor, he noticed a small family being attacked by hordes of the undead. Charging in, he cut through the horde with his axe, seized the family in the arms of his suit of steel, and carried the humans onto a higher ground, where they would be safe. Shortly afterwards, the family, still in shock about the rescue, was picked up by a dropship that killed off the remainder of the swarm. It truly was a day of joy for the humans of Kuat.
Kuat was a heavily urbanised world, meaning it was struck hard by the plague. With an almost completely human population, suffering under the viral outbreak and the chaos that followed, this, combined with its shipyards and Imperial-leaning sentiment, made it an obvious location for the Enclave to liberate. And so, Lieutenant Autumn found himself staring out the bridge of the Imperious at the planet before him. Dropships were being launched to both the planet and shipyards, filled with shock troopers to exterminate the virus once and for all. The colonel had been unable to oversee the operation, but that was quite alright with Autumn. Lieutenant Augustus Autumn <<Only a matter of time,..
It was then that the Enclave stormed into the area where Rai and all were. Catching sight of them, a devilish smile crossed the face of the commander. The soldiers with short range weapons, such as flamethrowers, began charging them, while troops with rifles and rotary cannons maintained a decent distance, firing heavily in the general direction of Dogma, Miras, and his men. The not bothering to take cover, the soldiers formed a nearly solid wall as they moved down the corridors, firing wildly. It wasn't like ammunition was a concern of theirs anyway. The continued shelling of the building still continued, with soldiers showing no mercy, no quarter, They would only be willing to take one prisoner, and that was Rai...
The explosion barely harmed the power armor wearing Enclave soldiers, who's armor stood up to the falling debris relatively well. What was a problem was the path was now hindered. In a rage, the commander began shouting orders. "Artillery! I want you to begin shelling the building. No more messing around. High explosive shells. It will at the very least tear apart the upper floors and kill some Jedi Scum. Troopers, use sonic grenades to clear the rubble! NOW!!!" The orders were nearly immedeately carried out. Soldiers used sonic grenades to loosen the rubble and break it into smaller chunks, which could be strode through by the soldiers. At the same time, the high explosive shells began raining down onto the academy. While not actively harming Rai and his allies, it would seriously shake up the building, and would, at the very least, serve as a viable psychological weapon. The rubble clearing took about 7 minutes, following which the hulking soldiers stormed into the Academy in force. The corridors narrowed from here, so flametroopers led the way, ready to incinerate anything in their path. As they began their sweep of the building, the commandant looked straight ahead into the academy at one of the symbols on the wall. That of the Jedi Order. Using an explosive, he vaporized the emblem. The Jedi were filth who brought disorder to the galaxy, and protected those who needed purging. He then joined one of the squads rushing into the corridors as the soldiers began to hunt the Jedi Rai room by room.
The Enclave soldiers made their way towards the academy, reaching the main courtyard in a few minutes. It was heavily damaged due to the shelling, but few of the shells had actually hit the Jedi Academy. These were low penetration, high radius shells, and had mostly rattled the building rather than actually damage it. The courtyard, however, had been nearly completely obliterated. The soldiers had assembled in the courtyard and were ready to assault the temple itself. They would not, however, immediately charge the entrance. Instead a number of soldiers began throwing thermal imploders and sonic grenades into the entrance area of the temple, before they advanced, for the simple reason that they did not want to have to pass through the small space. Within minutes, they had increased the size of the entrance to allow 4 of the power armor equipped soldiers to enter at once. They were resistant to most forms of damage, save for ion grenades, and provided near invulnerability from concussion grenades. The first wave, consisting of 8 solders, prepared to storm the entrance. Wielding flamethrowers and rotary cannons, these were the heavy infantry of the group. The commander held his hand up for three seconds, before dropping it. Immediately, the soldiers charged through the hole they had created, spraying laser fire and flames in a fan of death around them...
As those in the Jedi Academy prepared to evactuate, several gunships and starfighters raced towards it. Granted, they had been bogged down in the city, giving any defenders a chance to set up before they arrived, but they were prepared for heavy resistance. The gunships carrying the snipers set down on a ridge overlooking the front of the academy. Some meagre defense had been prepared. The railgun troopers locked into the ground and began shelling the entrance. They were not, however, sure if they were hitting anything, as the railguns were effectively oversized mortars. At the same time, gunships and starfighters wildly strafed the area around the academy. Soldiers landed in the front and began to make their way towards the academy.
It was then, just after Echo Squad’s evacuation of the streets near the center plaza of Coronet City, that the advanced recon detachment, consisting of 20 or so shock troopers, armed with massive repeaters and flamethrowers, burst headlong into the evacuation zone. They had arrived just too late, but the LAAT could see the heavily armored soldiers as they took shots with LAERs in an attempt to damage the gunship. While a few did find their mark, it was too little to bring down the gunship. However, the ragtag band aboard the gunship was able to see the menacing figures of the Enclave Soldiers as they retreated. While the rest of the army was preparing to attack the Jedi Academy, these men were scouting ahead into the city. As starfighters screamed overhead, strafing and bombing everything that moved, and dropships concentrated on large hordes of infected, barraging them with streams of lasers and ordinance, these soldiers were here to purge the city. They had received word that a senator was holed up at the edge of the city in her estate. They all silently decided to go and hunt her down.
Alright, this is my first challenge. I will try not to screw this up. Rules: Battle Arena Standard Challenger 1: The Enclave Challenger 2: Rai Location: The Chiss Parliament (Large, Open amphitheater that is connected with what is effectively the Pentagon.)
It was then that the Enclave soldiers chose to strike. The dropships and fighters streaked over the city, dropping bombs in a large plaza to clear it of the infected. Dropships cleared the area with repeating blaster cannons and dropped troops down onto the ground. Laser fire cut into the mutants as they rushed the plaza. They had begun advancing down a large boulevard when they received a message on the unencrypted channel, short range. As soldiers advanced, setting up a perimeter around the courtyard, preparing to advance and cut down the mutants. On the communicator, they heard the message given by Rai. The soldiers knew that this was too important to pass up, but they waited on the orders of their commander. ::Troopers. We have to proceed to the Jedi Academy at the coordinates that will be on your HUD. Prepare for a mobile deployment. Plotting the fastest route to the temple. We will have to fight our way out of the city. The soldiers began moving down the boulevard towards the Jedi Academy. Mutants rushed them left and right, but using a combination of sonic grenades and directed fire, they were able to ward them off as they advanced through the city. Though, if there was anyone who was answering the same distress beacon, they would have seen the massive attack force coming.
Above the terrain, they sped towards the remains of Coronet City. They had heard that part of the original civilian populace still resides there. They would do an aerial sweep of the area near the city, then work their way to Coronet City. The troops observed the terrain in silence as they streaked over the remains of what had at one point been a prosperous world. Brought to its pitiful knees by the awe-inspiring power of the virus. They didn’t know what virus it was specifically, but it had helped cleanse the galaxy. Coronet City came into view, and the Citizens could most certainly see the fearsome sight of their dropships and fighters closing in over the horizon. The troops readied their weapons, checked their HUDs to make sure they were fully ready to land, and prepared to drop and massacre the citizens. At the same time, fighter pilots prepared their bombs, torpedoes, missiles, and bombs, and gunners prepared their rockets and repeating laser cannons to rain destruction from the sky.
Above the planet of Corellia, two dozen dropships and 4 dozen starfighters exited hyperspace. Dispatched from the Impellor, it was their responsibility to wipe the filth that resides in the shattered remnants of Corellia from the face of the galaxy. The ships began streaming towards Coronet City, intent on starting their destructive rampage from there. The elite, power-armor wearing shock troopers on board were completely silent, observing Enclave protocol to not speak unless mission critical. The sun glinted off their jet black suits of steel, while the blue Tesla coils on them crackled blue with electricity. Most of them carried LAERs, though a number of them carried rotary cannons, and one carried a flamethrower. All were armed with high explosive sonic grenades, and were ready to exterminate the populace.

One could almost see the sweat glistening on Captain Autumn’s forehead as he walked up onto the balcony of the hangar deck, overlooking the space where all the Enclave personnel had been gathered. The floodlights aimed at him glistened off the small golden wreathes pinned to his shoulder pauldrons and danced among the medals he wore on his lapel. He really did not want to give this speech. He always hated speaking publicly. He took a deep breath and glanced at Colonel Augusta standing behind him; he had a certain flair for her, and my, was she beautiful. She gave him a reassuring nod and a wink. Summoning up all his courage, he stepped forward onto the speaking platform. Clearing his throat, he began to speak. ”My fellow soldiers. The road behind has been long, and fraught with difficulty. Each and every one of you has surpassed my expectations, by rapidly preparing us to be ready to fight the problems that plague our galaxy. You have accomplished this feat with virtue, helping us to reach where we are now. Since our soldiers are now battle ready, it is time that I reveal our objective to you. The galaxy is haunted by those who were at one point human, but have since devolved into something less than us. In order for the galaxy to return to the way things were before all this, before the Plague, these mutants must be eradicated from the face of the universe. I am not prepared to allow humanity to continue etching out an existence, when we could instead be reclaiming our former glory. This campaign will be costly, and many lives will be lost. But in the end, we will be saving humankind from its own worst enemy... itself. Thank you... all of you.” There was a pindrop silence for a good 10 seconds after the speech. Longest 10 seconds of his life. He held his breath, getting ready to receive the boos and bats that were sure to come next. A few moments later, however, the soldiers began clapping feverently. Exhaling deeply, he saluted to all the soldiers. It must have drummed up some pride in them, as they all stood and saluted to their leader. As the National anthem began playing on the PA, he walked back, to be received by the embrace of the corporal. The two of them were extremely good friends, and had supported each other through difficult moments such as these. The two of them retired to the officers mess for a drink. Consisting of a seating area with a circular bar at the center where on could order both drinks and food, the room was dark, accented in an electric blue color. Taking two Corellian Brandys, Autumn sat down and passed one to Ophelia. She opened it with a crack. The two of them took a few sips in silence, before Augusta finally spoke. “That was some speech...” Captain Autumn, taken aback a bit, scrambled for a response. “Uh... thanks Ophelia...” The Colonel laughed a bit. “You know, you don’t have to worry so much. No matter what you say, the soldiers will always like it. You are their leader after all.” He sighed and sat back in his chair, pondering her words. There must have been some truth to it; after all, the soldiers gave him a standing ovation. Still, he couldn’t help but shake the feeling that someone wasn’t quite as enthusiastic. He paused for a moment to take a swig from the bottle. Of course, maybe he was just being paranoid. Maybe Ophelia was right. Maybe he had been so stressed out with getting the Enclave into fighting shape that he had become somewhat paranoid. Sighing, he stood up and wandered off down the hall before entering his quarters. It was very unlike him to leave any Corellian Brandy; after all, it was his favorite drink. Augusta sighed; maybe he just needed some time alone to sort things out for himself. Sighing herself, she walks off, apparently wandering aimlessly down a hall.

Enclave Info: The Enclave takes pride in being the last known concentrated bastion of pure, unmutated humanity, and being the most technologically advanced faction in the galaxy. As a result of such an attitude, the Enclave are incredibly isolationist, never taking in recruits from the outside, this faces them with an extremely grave shortage of manpower. However what they lack in numbers, they make up for it with their formidable technology. Due to the effects of the Plague, they consider many in the galaxy to be less than human, often killing them on principle alone. Enclave Equipment:

Enclave soldiers use a modular designed weapons, known as the Laser Assisted Electrical Rifle (LAER). This weapon uses a laser pulse combined with an electrical shock in order to deal average amounts of damage to targets, while at the same time stunning them, however briefly. The weapon comes in the Automatic (top), Semi-Automatic (Not Pictured, is effectively the automatic with an extended barrel), Sniper (bottom), and pistol (not pictured). In addition, Heavy Troopers make use of large rotary cannons.
