Broken beams jut up from a collapsed building to the side. Glass and rubble litter the floors of the hallway. A steady rain plops down from the grey sky, unhurried fat drops of water slowly washing everything back to the dirt. Once, long ago, this place was a bastion of light in the galaxy. Now it is a gutted shell of its former glory, the Jedi Enclave of Dantooine, a silent marker of the death of the old Jedi Order.

Andor's footsteps crunched against the debris that littered the ground of the hallway he was moving through. Ahead of him was a doorway that lead outside, and even from here, he could both see and hear the raindrops falling from the grey sky. His left, gloved hand reached down to unclip the black hilt on his left hip. Its twin hilt swayed gently with his steps from his right hip, hanging just above the holster of his DC-15s on his right thigh.
Stepping through the doorway and into the outside, Andor's black, norris-infused, leather armor began to reflect the little light that penetrated the clouds, a sheen of wetness highlighting the material. The rain pinged off his metal helmet, infused with the powers of alchemy to provide Andor with a few extra tricks. Water slowly trickled down his face as he looked around for Wilhelm, a man who had recently received the Lord of Ruin's attention. Not but a few days ago, the Count had requested an audience with Andor and the Lord of Ruin had sent him coordinates to the Dantooine Enclave so that he could remove this Count from the playing field: his influence and wealth were strong enough to risk Andor's operations. Andor could not have that. No, not at all.
He stood just outside, his legs shoulder width apart, letting his dark and icy presence in the Force shine like a lighthouse, drawing those nearby to his power.
Wilhelm smirked as the download to his comm device completed. For years, he had been searching for more information on the Old Republic and it's histories. Now, on Dantooine, he finally had a more complete log on conflict between the Old Republic and the Sith Empire of old.
Wilhelm turned to leave the archives, but something was different from when he had entered. Something had arrived at the ruined temple. Something unsettling... Something... Powerful. He had arrived.
Well, I did request his presence, Wilhelm thought to himself.
But there was hate in the Force. This meeting would not be as civil as Wilhelm had hoped. He began creeping towards the archive exit, linked directly to the courtyard. And the source of Andor's power. Wilhelm removed his curved saber from his side as he stepped outside. Twenty meters away, directly across the courtyard, a figure stood in the opposing doorway.
Wilhelm called out, “Andor, I presume? Judging by the surge of power, I suppose you aren’t here to discuss diplomatically?”
Already knowing the answer, Wilhelm began channeling the old energies of the temple that haunted it. This fight would not be easy, but Wilhelm was determined to show his strength.
"When has the devil been known to be diplomatic?" Andor asked as Wilhelm revealed himself on the opposite side of the courtyard. The Lord of Ruin's voice was quiet and cold, carried across the wind. His eyes took in the detail of the curved hilt that the Count had retrieved from his belt and sneered. Did this man really think he had a chance?
Andor began moving towards his prey, his lightsaber remaining unlit in his hand. His senses were tuned to the highest frequency, his body and mind prepared for anything. By now, he had cut the distance down to fifteen meters, and still, he stalked closer. His right hand dropped to the holster at his thigh as he unsnapped the strap holding the pistol in. Gingerly, he removed it, his thumb swiftly turning off the safety. But it rested at his side.
Wilhelm exhaled and began to slowly make his way out to meet his opponent. His eyes flicked to the blaster on Andor’s hip as he reached for it.
A Sith Lord? Using a blaster? So uncivilized, Wilhelm thought to himself.
At five meters, Wilhelm ignited his lightsaber, the black blade slowly hissing as it emerged from the hilt. Wilhelm tightly gripped his saber in his right hand, adopting a defensive position. With his left hand, Wilhelm let free a small burst of Force Lightning. He did not expect to cause any real damage to Andor, instead the goal was to goad Andor into attacking first.
Andor's lightsaber ignited in response to the black blade emerging from the Count's curved hilt. But with the Lord of Ruin's blade, there was no iconic snap-hiss nor was there a hum. It was silent, the blade translucent, the only sound was the rain evaporating off of the plasma blade sending up a small tendril of steam. His blade flicked up to intercept the incoming lightning with ease, the electrical currents slamming into the nearly invisible blade. The grip on his lightsaber held firm and he raised his pistol, aiming the barrel at Wilhelm's center mass, pumping the trigger three times in rapid succession, giving the troublesome Count of Serenno the flicker of a moment to avoid the red blaster bolts as they crossed the five meter distance in the blink of an eye.
Wilhelm flicked his saber, deflecting the blaster bolts with ease across other areas of the courtyard. He then returned to the same defensive posture, lightsaber held vertically in his right hand, left hand behind the back, and slowly began moving clockwise, keeping the same five meter distance. Wilhelm scoffed, “Come now, you must do more than that. Show me the true power of the Sith!”
The lightning stopped as Wilhelm's attention was turned to deflecting the blaster bolts, and that was the opening Andor had waited for. In one fluid motion, Andor dropped his pistol to the ground as he broke into a sprint directly at his opponent, his body becoming a blur as he reached into the Force that surrounded him to fuel his speed beyond what would otherwise be physically possible. His right hand dropped to his second hilt and it unclipped and silently ignited in one fluid stroke as Andor brought the two blades across his body in an X formation.
The wind whipped through his hair as he moved forward under the benevolent energies of force speed, and Andor's legs pushed off of the ground, launching him at his opponent head first, body parallel to the ground, with the crossing blades held in front of his head. As he jumped, Andor's body began to spin in a clockwise motion, and the two translucent saber blades began to distort the air and space around him, turning the Lord of Ruin into a spinning corkscrew of death, aimed to drill through Wilhelm's torso.
There were two options to attempt to deal with this tornado of death; move, or stand firm. Wilhelm chose the former.
Wilhelm firmly planted his feet on the courtyard stone. His left hand left the resting position from his back and gripped the hilt of his saber to attempt to brace against what was coming next. Rather than continue waiting, Wilhelm made the next move. With one motion, Wilhelm's saber moved the opposite direction of Andor's spin and found itself locked in-between both Andor's weapons. By doing this, Wilhelm hoped to stop the onslaught, even if this required a large amount of physical effort.
Their blades crashed and spit fiery sparks as Andor's attack was met head on by his opponent. But with the strength and overall vigor of his spin, Andor hoped his blades would swat away Wilhelm's own lightsaber, but alas, the Count's strength was stronger than expected and his defenses seemed to hold. No matter. Andor's own muscles bulged as he used Wilhelm's sturdy, angled blade as leverage.
Much like a gymnast would use a horse, Andor pushed against the Count's blade, allowing himself to easily flip over his opponent's head. As his body was tucked into a tight ball and lingered directly overhead, Andor's helmet, within the speed of a single thought, unleashed its stored power. The telekinetic force repulse erupted forward, threatening to slam into the top of the Count's head and downwards directly into the dirt, hopefully snapping his neck and spine in the process. The concussive effect of the 360 degree repulse was enough to make Andor feel weightless as he was briefly lifted into the air, but he twisted his body, landing nimbly on his two feet behind the Count, taking no hesitation to step forward with his right foot and thrusting his right blade forward, aiming to dig it mercilessly into the Count's lower back.

The repulse took Wilhelm by surprise. Even more surprising was the grace by which Andor moved into position behind him. There was no resisting the force of the repulse. Wilhelm was knocked off balance and was going to hit the ground. He needed to make the best of the bad situation. Andor had positioned himself behind Wilhelm. Knowing Andor’s saber was likely aimed to skewer him, Wilhelm turned his body slightly to the left by shifting his left heel. Andor’s saber grazed Wilhelm’s Phrik armor, weakening it significantly on the left side, but still protecting him from harm.
With the same movement to the left, Wilhelm brought his saber around, aiming directly for Andor’s gut. If he did not move, this would surely pierce Andor’s armor, gravely injuring him. Regardless if the attack connected, Wilhelm would land on his left side and on the ground.
